Offerings
Four ways to practice with us — live online, on your own time, one-on-one, or in the room.
Online classes
Classes are offered online weekly via Zoom. See the Schedule page for details.
Class recordings
Every online class is recorded, and each recording is available for one week after class — donation based, like the classes themselves. Live is better, but a missed week doesn’t have to be a missed practice.
Private instruction
Private instruction is the practice built around you. One-on-one, we can work on the specific areas of the body you want to give attention to — hips that never quite open, a low back that tightens by the end of the week, shoulders and a neck that carry the day’s stress, an old injury you would rather work with than around.
We can also shape the lesson plan around your life and the things you already do. A runner needs something different from a session than a martial artist does, and both need something different again from someone who spends eight hours a day at a desk: “Yin Yoga for runners,” “Yin Yoga for martial artists,” “Yin Yoga for desk workers.” Whatever your week asks of your body, the practice can be built to meet it — and to change as you do.
Sessions can meet over Zoom, from wherever you are, or in person. No particular experience is needed. Send us a note about what you would like to work on, and we will take it from there.
